Advisory
Four capabilities.
On-site cryptography engineers. The specific scope is defined in conversation, not picked from a menu. Tooling can be installed alongside any of these waves so the posture stays tracked afterwards.
01
Months, not years
Discovery & Assessment
We start by seeing the estate as it actually is: the cryptographic architecture, where exposure concentrates, and whether the organisation can change cryptography when it must. The first wave is diagnostic. The output is a shared picture of risk and readiness that leadership can act on.
02
A bounded wave, then a programme
Remediation & Migration
Urgent flows first, then the wider transition. Hybrid where it buys time, replacement where it does not. This is delivery on live systems: a perimeter that can be secured now, then expanded without a big-bang cutover.
03
Installed, then kept running
Tooling & Automation
Discovery should not expire when the workshop ends. We deploy and integrate monitoring and automation tooling — our own where it fits, and third-party where it does — so algorithms, certificates and protocol versions stay visible. Continuous tracking, not a one-off inventory.
04
An ongoing operating model
Governance & Continuity
Cryptography keeps moving after the first engagement. Standards shift, vendors lag, new systems appear. We leave owners, cadence and a way to keep the posture current so the estate stays changeable once we step back.
Tooling, advisory, or both.
Start with the mandate. Install the tooling that keeps it operational. Or do both on the same estate.
